Each child is a unique individual with their own specific abilities and needs. Drawing inspiration from the Pikler approach, we support the child on a daily basis by building a relationship of trust and guiding them towards autonomous development. We pay particular attention to language learning and thus, children are immersed daily in a multilingual environment through games, activities, readings, nursery rhymes...

Frequently asked questions
Registration is done online via our pre-registration form. Once we receive your request, our team will contact you within 24 working hours to arrange an initial appointment. This appointment, with no obligation, allows you to have a first contact with the educational team and the manager, discover our pedagogy and visit the layout of our facilities. We will then discuss availability at your chosen facility.
The CSA is a Luxembourg government scheme that allows families to benefit from reduced rates for their children's care. All our facilities are CSA-approved. Depending on your income, you may benefit from significantly reduced rates. More information on the Ministry website.
Our daycares welcome children from 2 months (from the end of maternity leave) up to 4 years old, for full days. Our afterschool programs support children from 4 to 12 years old with before and after school care: before school, during lunch breaks and after school, as well as during school holidays. We also provide transport between school and the afterschool center.
Our teams are multilingual: French, Luxembourgish, German, English and Portuguese. Multilingualism is an integral part of our educational project. Every child is naturally exposed to several languages on a daily basis.
Yes, you can pre-register as soon as you are pregnant. We recommend contacting us as early as possible as places are limited, especially in certain facilities.
Absolutely! We encourage parents to visit our facilities before finalising registration. This allows you to discover the premises, meet the team and ask all your questions. Fill in our pre-registration form and we will contact you to arrange a visit.
Our facilities open from 5:30am to accommodate families' needs. Closing times vary by facility, ranging from 7pm to 10:30pm. We thus offer great flexibility to adapt to each family's schedule.
We take food allergies and intolerances very seriously. During registration, we collect all the necessary information. Our teams are trained and our kitchens adapt meals accordingly, at no extra cost to parents.
Yes, we offer a familiarisation period to allow our educational team to adapt to your child, get to know them and understand their needs, habits and rhythm. This period is done gently, with your presence at the beginning, then more independently. Its duration varies depending on the child's age, situation, etc.
Yes, our facilities remain open during school holidays, including the end-of-year period. We only close on legal public holidays, no bridge days or annual closure. The precise calendar is communicated at the beginning of the year.
